The Role

We are looking for an experienced, organised, motivated, and passionate Digital Strategy Professional. The successful applicant will enjoy working with our portfolio of clients to define effective digital strategies. They will have the support of a full digital marketing delivery team. This role forms a crucial part of our agency and the successful applicant will be actively involved in working with new clients and working closely with our Commercial Director to grow our digital marketing department. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Devising digital marketing strategies for clients
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager & Team to deliver & manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with our Commercial Director to help grow the Web Bureau digital marketing department
  • Contribute on appropriate pitches and digital engagements, taking accountability for decisions and delivery of tailored digital strategies.
  • Alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, take responsibility for planning and budgetary control of client digital marketing activity
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data for the client base

Requirements

  • 5 years+ experience in Digital Marketing
  • 5 years+ experience in Digital Strategy Development
  • Working knowledge of key digital marketing channels (to include SEO, Paid Search, Display, Social Media Advertising, Content Marketing Strategies)
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering successful digital marketing strategies
  • Proven experience of working closely with clients and other team members in a collaborative manner
  • Track record of managing & developing client relationships
  • Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritise and deliver calmly under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of using Project Management tools such as Asana, Teamwork, JIRA, Trello etc

Desirable criteria

  • Previous experience working in a Digital Agency
  • Experience of new business & commercial activity
