The Role

Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Belfast
Salary: Negotiable  - depending on experience
Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Web Bureau is an award winning digital strategy, design and development agency with over 15 years' experience gained across 2000+ digital projects.

Your team: Web Bureau’s Digital Marketing team are experts across Digital Strategy, PPC, SEO, social ads and CRO; who help brands to grow sales through their ecommerce stores or generate website leads for their new biz teams. You will be joining a performance oriented, results drive group who will guide and develop you.


Your role: The Web Bureau is known for its award winning work. Your role will be to ensure that our work is showcased across multiple channels to raise the profile of the Web Bureau across the UK and Ireland and to ensure that potential clients come across us in their search for an agency. you will also be integral to developing and implementing  campaign strategies and content, with the aim of  gaining more client leads through the Web Bureau website. 


Day to day you will:

  • Work with our Commercial Director and Head of Digital to create and implement engaging marketing campaigns.

  • Create and post content across social media platforms, including; Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and blogs 

  • Continually review and update  our landing pages to ensure we maximise the conversion of  PPC traffic into client leads.

  • Continually update our  website, including case studies, events and awards to showcase our excellent work.

  • Keep our social channels up-to-date with relevant insights and capturing our in-person social events. 

  •  Continually work with the marketing and development teams to identify opportunities for award entries, events and opportunities to help raise the Web Bureau’s profile across the UK and Ireland

 

What we’re looking for from you: This role will be ideally suited for someone early in their Marketing career, with the opportunity to make this role your own by gaining experience in day-to-day marketing and higher level, development and implementation of marketing strategies. Other attributes which will make you ideal for the role are:

  • Demonstrable experience working within a digital marketing agency or digital marketing team
  • A qualification, or relevant experience, in digital marketing
  • Numerical analytical skills
  • Copywriting in blog form and social media
  • An understanding of Google Analytics and SEO.

Desirable

  • Experience using Angular or jQuery 
  • Experience in Umbraco 
  • NET Web Forms 
  • Experience in dealing directly with clients on a day-to-day basis
  • eCommerce experience
